Sweetness, sweetness, and sweetness again... Ingredients for 4 persons : 4 eggs 1 bag of 312g of white mashed sweet potato 100g of can or coco sugar 140g of black chocolate 50g of butter Options : Icing sugar Caramel : 1 teaspoon of water + sugar + a few drops of lemon (to avoid your caramel twiging to the saucepan.) Separate the yolk from the white. Mix the yolk with 100g of can sugar and 312g of white mashed sweet potatoes. Whisk the egg whites. Make the 140g of black chocolate melt with 40g of butter. Mix the first preparation with the melted chocolate, then, introduce carefully the egg whites. Preheat the oven. Coat the cake mould with flour and butter. Put it in the oven for 40 min at 180°. Let cool and put in the fridge for 4hours. Remove from the tin. Optional : decorate the cake with icing sugar, and caramel. You can savour ! « Back |
