Ingredients for 4 persons : 2 bags of sweet plantain 8 filets of red mullets Salt, Pepper Thyme 2 tablespoons of thick cream 1 teaspoon of curry Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Cook the 8 filets of red mullets at low heat. Dust them with thyme. Add 2 tablespoons of thick cream, at the end of the cooking, dust with curry. De-freeze and warm the sweet plantain in 3 minutes in the microwave. Serve, in each plate, fillet of red mullet in the centre, and plantain around it. « Back |
