Ingredients for 3 persons : 1 bag of 312g of yucca twigs 100 ml of coco milk 100g of maple syrup 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk Butter 3 scoops of ice scream to bourbon vanilla De-freeze the cassave crisps in 3 minutes in the microwave. Cut them in two along the lenght. Warm the following liquid : 100ml of coco milk, 100gr of maple syrup, 2 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk. Put the mixture in a mould and plung the yucca swigs in the mixture. Dust of butter pieces. Put in the oven 50minutes at 200°C. Serve It when It is hot with an ice scoop in the middle of the plate. The ice-cream melts while you are savouring it ! Our crisp, just like our other products, is 100% natural and manually prepared.
